Ms. Florcy Joseph, MSW
Founder & Executive Director
Florcy Joseph, MSW, is the Founder and Executive Director of Central Family Enrichment Network (CFEN), Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to empowering children, families, older adults, and underserved communities through education, advocacy, outreach, and comprehensive support services.
A dedicated social work professional and community leader, Ms. Joseph has devoted her career to improving the well-being of vulnerable populations through clinical social work, behavioral health, medical social work, case management, crisis intervention, and community-based services. Her experience spans nonprofit leadership, healthcare, mental health, school-based services, and community outreach, where she has worked collaboratively with individuals, families, multidisciplinary teams, and community partners to improve outcomes and strengthen lives.
Ms. Joseph earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) from Barry University and her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Florida Atlantic University. She also holds an Associate of Arts degree at Miami Dade College, reflecting her multidisciplinary background in both healthcare and human services.
Recognizing the growing needs within underserved communities, Ms. Joseph founded Central Family Enrichment Network (CFEN), Inc. in 2014 with a vision to provide compassionate, evidence-informed services that promote hope, resilience, and opportunity. Under her leadership, CFEN develops programs focused on autism and special needs services, human trafficking prevention, domestic violence advocacy, substance abuse prevention, youth development, community health education, services for older adults, and family empowerment.
Her professional expertise includes conducting comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments, developing individualized service and treatment plans, coordinating interdisciplinary care, crisis intervention, behavioral health services, family advocacy, program development, and building strategic community partnerships. She is passionate about creating sustainable programs that address community needs while promoting dignity, self-sufficiency, and long-term well-being.
As a visionary leader, Ms. Joseph believes that lasting change begins with compassion, education, and collaboration. She is committed to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and fostering healthier communities through innovative programs, advocacy, and servant leadership.
