Ms. Florcy is a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern. She holds a Master of Clinical Social Work (MSW) graduated from Barry University. In 2014

Ms. Florcy graduated with her Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Florida Atlantic University. She graduated with her Associate Degree of Nursing (AA) from Miami Dade College in 2009. Additionally, she graduated with her Nursing degree from Miami Dade College Medical Campus in 2011. Although Ms. Florcy was born and raised in a Christian family household, she is a born again Christian and has been walking with the Lord her whole life. She has been working in the field of social work since in the year of 2014 making a difference in the lives of people in the underprivileged communities as a substance abuse counselor.

Ms. Florcy has gained confidence and experience when particularly vulnerable teenagers. Daily, she completed an assessment to determine the appropriate program and services that are required for the client. Provide direct assessments and evaluations to clients to determine the proper level of services needed. Also, administer agency approved assessment instruments to individuals seeking treatment services. Ms. Florcy decided her true calling was working with people to serve their communities and their neighbors. In 2014, Ms. Florcy Joseph Founded Central Family Enrichment Network, Inc., a non-profit social services agency serving Miami Dade County with the plan to further expand into Broward County. Central Family Enrichment Network, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) Non-profit Organization that is designed to support, motivate, and uplift the inner cities in our community. CFEN mission is to ensure children and families receive supportive services through our outreach program that focus on Education Awareness, Counseling, Health and Wellness for the youth and the elderly population. CFEN’s aim to provide substantial resources that address Human Trafficking, Sexual Education, Domestic Violence, Substance Abuse, and Adult Day Care.

When people ask Ms. Florcy to describe herself, she doesn’t hesitate to say that first and foremost, she is Sarah’s mom. She is a visionary, a leader, advocator, influencer, self-motivated, and set goals. She is the Executive Director of Central Family Enrichment Network Inc. Through her dedication initiatives, she has become a role model and a voice for women, adolescent, and an advocate for healthy families, service members and their families, higher education, and national adolescent and elderly services education. She is very passionate about people and helping people to grow as others helped her to grow. Every step she takes is to make a difference in someone’s life, and it is part of her strength of being a leader and an advocator. She has excellent communication skills that allow her to analyze the problem, to find the cause or the ability to identify the issues and possible solutions. Besides, she mastered to communicate effectively with team members by listening, encouraging them, respecting their views, and contributing to team objective goals. The skills and personal qualities that she has developed helped her oversee to conducted intake and program orientation for the clients and family members including, but not limited to, assessment of psychological and social functioning and the development, implementation and ongoing review of the client’s treatment plans and need of services. Ms. Florcy areas of expertise include Medical Social Work, Community Social Worker, Mental Health Counseling, Community Outreach, Individual and Group Therapy, Case Management for adults and adolescents, Eldercare, Community Health, Conflict Resolution, Family Therapy, Anger management, Motivation Intervention, Youth Development, Human Trafficking and Substance Abuse and Community Sexual Education Awareness.

Ms. Florcy continues making her efforts to support and inspire young people to improve the lives of families in the communities by her active involvement in a different subject to break the silence on the challenges facing the Church by promoting the Health and well-being of Congregation members and residents of surrounding communities. In the Elderly Population, she is volunteering her time with for-profit and non-profit organization by Identify risks, gaps in care and prevent unnecessary hospitalizations and emergency room visits by developing an individualized interdisciplinary plan of care for members and families to follow to achieve lifelong well-being in the home for elders individually. She is currently gaining post-MSW degree experience and supervision toward her clinical social work licensure
